Welcome to our Help and Frequently Asked Questions section where we have detailed below the most common questions for you. If you would like to ask us a specific question which is not addressed below please email is at customer@equestrianlife.ie. Thank You



Q1. I've forgotten my password

When logging in to 'My Account', click on 'forgotten password'. You will be asked to enter your email address and click 'submit'. Your password will then be sent to you inbox.



Q2. How do I contact customer care?

Email enquiries will be dealt with within 4-6hrs on work days. Our operators are available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5.00pm.



Q3. How may I find a specific product?

There are two methods of browsing for your product.

Text Search: Enter the name of your product which you wish to find into the search box situated in the top right of all pages of the website. The results can be sorted by price, alphabet, category and brand.

By Category: Product categories are visible on the left hand column of the page. Select the relevant category for the product you are searching and then select the relevant sub category.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for please email us at info@equestrianlife.ie and we will see if we can locate and source it for you.



Q4. How do I know what is in stock?

Within the main product description page you will be shown the status of the item next to "Availability" located below the price of the item. This will either show an "In stock" message in brown (with an expected delivery time) or an "Out of stock" message in red (with an expected availability time)



Q5. What if an item is out of stock?

Please press the Ask a Question tab on the page of the product in question and enter your details there.
Once you have done this an email will be sent to you the very moment the item is re-stocked..

Q7. Is it safe to use my credit card online at EquestrianLife

Our payment system is protected by the highest level of security available on the internet. EquestrianLife uses the same standard of encryption as that used by 93% of the Fortune 500 and the world's 40 largest banks.
Server-Gated Cryptography (SGC) enables 128-bit or 256-bit SSL encryption (depending on your browser), the most powerful SSL encryption commercially available today.

Additional enhancements for customers using IE 7
On all of our secure pages Extended Validation SSL gives customers using Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7 (and new releases of Firefox and Opera) an easy and reliable way to extend their trust online. The address bar turns green and displays the name of EquestrianLife who are the owner of the Extended Validation certificate.



Q8. Can I order by phone?

Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling our customer care team on  +353 1 236 0488. The order line is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.



Q9. How will I know you received my order?

Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice.
You will receive a second email to confirm when your order has left our warehouse to begin its journey to your door. Wherever possible you will also receive a tracking number from the delivery company which will allow you to view your order’s delivery progress giving you as accurate a delivery time as possible.



Q10. Does EquestrianLife ship to post office boxes?

No. Most items will have to be signed for so we do not ship to PO box addresses. Please be sure to arrange for someone to be present for delivery as a signature will be required.


Q11. Does EquestrianLife ship to multiple addresses?

We do not facilitate multiple deliveries from one order. To have items shipped to more than one address, more than one order will need to be placed.



Q12. What will happen to my personal information?

Your personal data will never be passed on to third parties. We may however on occasion store your data for marketing purposes and for statistical use in order to improve our services.



Q13. What duties or taxes will be payable on my purchase?

Prices shown on the website are in Euro and are VAT inclusive.
Countries inside the EU are liable to pay VAT, however we are happy to provide a VAT invoice to those who are VAT registered.
